Danny loves working with people, negotiating good deals, and working with land and real estate - so helping his clients achieve their goals and dreams motivates him and comes naturally!
He has been working with people, land, contracts, land titles, survey plans and negotiations for 30 years. He has been a licensed Alberta Land Agent and a Commissioner for Oaths in the Province of Alberta since 1996 and a local business owner since 1999. He has developed, owned and managed commercial real estate and residential rental properties. In 2022, Danny became a Licensed REALTOR®, combining his skills, past experience and knowledge in order to provide clients with an exceptional service.
In addition to experience in single family, urban homes, estate homes, condos and rental properties, Danny's deep understanding of rural Alberta, agriculture, ag-business, acreage life and country living is an added bonus for clients pursuing that sector of properties. Danny also serves Multi-Family Complex Owners/ Investors and all Commercial Property Owners as Buyers/Sellers and Landlords leasing space, along with business owners/operators and professionals seeking space as Commercial Tenants and/or Owners/Users of Commercial Properties. Danny has resided in Strathcona County full time since 1999, and previously during childhood, having graduated from high school in Sherwood Park. Danny is a loving father to five children who are now teens and young adults. He loves supporting, encouraging and cheering them on in their various pursuits, passions and adventures. Danny balances his life between work and business, family, and personal interests that include the outdoors, sports, motorcycle touring, travelling, adventures and family time.
